Answer as to how to make dhokla at your home is easy. It goes like this:
    Need to take:
    • Flour - 1.5 cup and semolina - 2 teaspoon
    • Water, Eno powder - 2 tsp and salt
    • Lemon, Chilly, Sugar and Oil
    • Mustard seeds and Kadi patta –curry leaves

Flour, water and semolina needs to be mixed in grease container. After heating water in pressure cooker, on top of that place sieve on it along with eno powder. After you put in greased container, do pass that to jaali. Cooker needs to be covered and pass whistle cooker. Heat that for some time. Cool dhoklas after cutting that to pieces when cool. Crackle oil and mustard seeds in pan. green chillies are chopped and out in dhoklas. Dhoklas can be added with sugar, lemon juice, water in container. Garnish that dhania patti. Serve finally with dhania patti
