Thread: weight gain diet plan
Hi... I am 15 years old. I am very tensed due to my physical apperance. My class mates makes fun of me. I eat a lot but it dosen't show any results. I am very thin. Plz.. suggest me how can i cope up with this problem. Plz. sugest me a proper weight gain diet plan.
I think u must go for a medical check up in case your diet is not showing any results. Include green vegetables and salads in your daily meal. It will definately help u a lot.
*Eat healthy breakfast, which includes egg, cheese and milk.
*Eat food items which contain calories.
*Eat for every three hours.
