first enroll yourself in to voter list......... u can enroll yourself by filling a form no 6............... after that u can aply for Voter ID Card ..........

dear sir/madam,

i requested to you for my application no. ID: rajeev verma(self-313874), asha rani(my mother-313882),rajkumar verma(my younger brother-313886) and babita(my wife-313903) dated: 27-06-2008 on filling fourm online by internet.

but not responce my application on your election officers so let me know sir/madam what's happend my requesting ID fourm online by internet.
