This is BSV. its my information that u should register on online the address is statebankofindia.com and u can fill-up a form from any SBI branches any where.

but there is nothing about registration form

First u should fill-up a form SBI branche then after they will give a code number of its bank then go thru online for register
Steps 1 type: statebankofindia.com
2 click on recruitment
3 click on Online Form
there is online form and Code number which is given by Bank it will be filled
