You sure can do that. Start exercising, control your calories, drink a lot of water and you should be good.

    Nutrient :

Fat has more calories then carbohydrates and proteins, so reduce the fat intake. Fat is essential for body functions, so don't cut too much of it, you can switch to healthy fat, like fish oil, flex seed oil. Olive oil and Mustard oil are much healthier they refined oils and hydrogenated oils aka dalda So take care there.

Go for slow carbohydrates, like whole wheat breads/rotis, oats, brown rice, raw veggies etc. Stay away from sweet, cut your fruit intake too, since they too carry a lot of sugar, ( Fruits are good for health, but too much will mean a lot more sweet which we don't want in your case )

Up your protein intake, fish, lean chicken, Egg whites, Egg yolks are good source of protein, but they contain way too much fat, so don't go over one egg yolk a day.

Try to always eat home cooked food, that way you will have more control over what you are putting in your body.

    Exercise :

There are two forms of exercises, one is cardiovascular aka walking, running, cycling etc other is weight/streangth training.
For a healthy body you need to do both, maybe join a gym.
Cardio : don't go overboard with it, 40 min to 60 min a day is enough. Start with walking non stop for 45-60 min, when you feel you are ready to up the intensity in few days or a week, start walking briskly, then if you want you can switch to slow jogging after few more days.

For the first week or so, you will loose a lot faster, since you will be loosing that extra water that you will be carrying. After that the progress will be slow, so don't dishearten by scale, trust your mirror

If got questions, feel free to ask.

    Hi friend,

Yes, of course. You can. Nothing is impossible. Keep that in your mind before you start to workout and never postpone this.

Whatever you do, do it regularly and make it as a daily habit. Try to incorporate intervals in each treadmill sessions every week. Always do a warm-up for 10minutes. Intervals increase your aerobic fitness level by "pushing the envelope." This also increase your basal metabolic rate (BMR), causing you to burn more calories 24 hours-a-day. Make this a very leisurely workout. Keep a record of your workout.

Above all, have a positive impact on all aspects of your life, including fitness level!

of-course you can lose weight by these exercises. Remember with this that you never miss your breakfast. Must do breakfast otherwise your body will go on starvation mode and when you will eat some thing after a missing breakfast, body will try to store as much as possible.

Another piece of advice is to never wake up very hungry as it slows the metabolism rate
never have a heavy meal instead have 5-6 small meals in a day
    avoid fried and oily food
eat food that high on protein like sprouts, fish , chicken

    all the best
you will definitely lose the weight by your d day

Yes you can! 6-7 kgs or more can be shed to your overall weight in 4 months just make sure you do it properly. Learn to discipline yourself and watch out your food intake. As possible, avoid fatty food and choose more vegetable and fruits plus make sure to exercise daily.

Losing weight before D-Day is possible. You lose a lot more just if you curb your palates.

To exercise only to lose weight is not the right way to go about in life. You might end up gaining instead of losing it. Very often one hits hard on treadmill and follows strict and vigorous workouts. At the end of all these, one also goes equally hard on food.

So, it is a bit of both. Exercise regular and eat a balanced diet to stay fit throughout.

I have witnessed people trimming down in perfect ten size after three months of rigorous aerobics and treadmill exercises. The people who are interested in doing such exercises need to follow strict regulation over their diet. It is recommended to burn your fats and excrete out your toxic from the body for which you need drink lot of water as well orange juice (citrus based juice) to combat against development of lipid. Refrain rice, rich fat and carbohydrate content foods also. Fiber content food and fruits enables you stay energetic and enables you to stay trim at the same time.

    Losing weight

yes hard work will definitely get you to the target you want to achieve.
But in case of losing weight not only exercise you also need to take care of many other things also.
Out of those things one is a very healthy diet. You better look forward for some online training courses (for free or paid) for the best guidance of the diet you should take and best time to do the exercise, type of exercise and all.
    Thanks & Good Luck

Yes, treadmill and aerobics are not enough though they might provide the desired result. To be healthy, you need to focus on many more things such as your diet, keeping yourself hydrated, attention to protein in the diet, etc...

My advice to you is to look for a permanent solution to this. Since you are conscious about your size, it is better you cut down once and for all to lead a positive lifestyle.

Wink Of course~~you have to choose the right treadmill

ideally, it's healthy to loose 2 kg in 1 month, and a good treadmill will definitely help you to achieve this.
first of all, don't choose manual treadmill, cause of the quality issue.
second, don't choose some OEM brand, just like LifeSpan, it's not a USA brand, but a OEM brand in Taiwan.
third, keep exercising 3 to 4 times a week, 30 minutes each time.
fourth, set your weekly goal, and work hard to achieve it!
    from my own experience~~

    Treadmill to loose weight

Hello Friend I hope this information is helpful to you..

    1) Walk on the treadmill for five Min's in a moderate pace (in between 3.5 as well as 4.0 of all treadmills)

    2) Following 5 minutes, accelerate the actual treadmill to some jogging speed for just one minute (begin at 7.Zero or 8.Zero)

    3) After about a minute of jogging, sluggish back to your established moderate speed (approximately 3.5 in order to 4.0 because talked about before)

Four) After 1 minute associated with moderate, accelerate the actual treadmill to your previous running pace, but this period add .5 towards the speed (so if you very first did 7.0…now you will set it at Seven.5)

    5) Following 1 minute of running, you're going to get back to exactly the same set moderate speed for one minute.

Six) Alternative every moment between jogging as well as walking for 20-30 minutes…making certain you use the same strolling speed every time, however increase to running speed by .Five unless you can’t jog any kind of faster for just one moment.

To loose or gain weight you need to have control on your tongue. Stick to the diet plan and exercise 5 days a week. You may skip the diet once in a week and can eat junk food. Many people workout rigorously but don't get the desired results coz of poor diet plan. Get a diet plan prepared from a dietitian, a diet chart suitable for me might not be suitable for other person. Take the advice of experts and put all your efforts you will see the results.
