Desired candidates for the post of Law Officer (Scale II) must be Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from a well known Institute or University with prior three years experience as Law Officer in the Legal Dept. of a reputed Bank or as a Law Officer in Central / State Govt. service or in PSU with practice at Bar. Else a candidate with three years experience in Judicial Service or Practice at Bar can also apply. It is necessary to have Computer Course certification from a well known Institute. There should be valid score of IBPS CWE Specialist Officers March 2012, Total Weighted Standard Score (TWSS) Cut off minimum 122 (General), minimum 115 (OBC) and minimum 113 (SC / ST / PWD). Applicant for the post should be within 21 to 40 years. This age limitation is not observed over SC, ST, PWD and OBC candidates as per to the government norms.
For Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I) post one must be Master Degree holder in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level from a well known Institute or University. Else Master Degree holder in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree level from a well known Institute or University can also apply. It is necessary to have Computer Course certification from a well known Institute. There should be valid score of IBPS CWE Specialist Officers March 2012, Total Weighted Standard Score (TWSS) Cut off minimum 98 (General), and minimum 90 (OBC / SC / ST / PWD). Applicant for the post should be within 20 to 35 years. This age limitation is not observed over SC, ST, PWD, EXS and OBC candidates as per to the government norms.

There will be imposition of Application Fee of Rs 100 (General & OBC candidates) and Rs 20 (SC, ST & PWD candidates). Payment of fee should be made in DD or Challan format wherein one should fill the form that could be downloaded from the official link of Syndicate Bank. It should be paid in DD format that is drawn in any branch of Syndicate Bank with mention of the Account No. on it during registration date. After payment one should fill the Branch Name & BIC Number, Transaction ID/Scroll No, and Date of Deposit & Amount that will be provided in the Challan copy generated by the bank system in the online application form for successful registration.
It is important to make a print out of the system generated application form with unique Application ID after successful submission of it to produce it along with signed affixed passport size photo, Challan Copy photo copy and attested documents of all required certificates during interview.
