Its very good that he has taken the responsibilities to share your burden at the same time if it is possible let him continue his studies also.. As you said this is his first job, he will be having that fear and nervousness in him.. Make sure he wont express that while speaking to the person who are taking interview ask him to be bold. Dress up nicely coz 1st impression is the best impression!! Let him surf the company website once before he go for an interview they will surely ask this question. What do you know about our company?
Make sure you prepare good resume.
    Be creative
    strong your communication
Make sure you reach that place before time which they have given you.
There will be writing test for you to know about your writing skill..

Hope this information will help your brother to do well on his interview All the best!!

    Prepare well for these questions:
    Tell me about yourself.
    Why should I hire you?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why do you want to work at our company?
What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?
What is the difference between hard work and smart work?
How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
    Can you work under pressure?
Are you willing to relocate or travel?
    What are your goals?
What motivates you to do good job?
    What makes you angry?
Give me an example of your creativity.
How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
Are not you overqualified for this position?
Describe your ideal company, location and job.
What are your career options right now?
Explain how would be an asset to this organization?
    What are your outside interests?
Would you lie for the company?
Who has inspired you in your life and why?
What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
Have you considered starting your own business?
How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?
If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?
Tell me something about our company.
How much salary do you expect?
Where do you see yourself five years from now?
On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer.
Do you have any questions for me?

There are lots of questions are asked by interviewer. I would suggest you to answer their question very confidently.

I don't think there is no need to get prepared yourself for an interview.
Be confident and face interviews for your first job. If you have ability then no one can doubt on you.

Find the following question which are asked often:

    About your self?
    Your strength and weakness?
    Family background?
Why do you want to work with us?
What is your intention to work with us?
How much salary you expect from us, if appointed?
    Are you productive?
    Decision making capabilities?
How long would you expect to work with us. If hired?
