    After Korea now SsangYong Motor Company is planning to release silent prowling beast Rexton on Indian road soon. This sport utility four wheel machine which is designed for all types of roads is set on Mercedes-Benz M-Class concept.

    This five to seven seater car is expected to deliver excellent speed of 152bhp max power while extra boost up speed of 367Nm. Ssangyong Rexton which is empowered by 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel engine bears Italian design concept as its exterior styled by Giorgietto Giugiaro.

    Ssangyong SUV which is quite economic on mileage wise as it gives 14kpl is to be availed in India on 17th October at price of Rs. 20 to 25 lacs in India.

    I have heard that diesel SUV Ssangyong Rexton is to grace the Indian car platform on next weekend of 17th October. It will be an early festive season SUV bonanza to the Indian consumer. Rexton is set to go on floor in the much hype car circuit of Mumbai where from SsangYong Motor company it is regarded to be their first SUV to touch the Indian shore. Dr Pawan Goenka was all in praise of third generation Rexton launch as according to him it is a superbly designed car integrated with sophisticated features apart from its excellent on and off-road performance quality.

    Is Ssangyong Rexton diesel SUV that is making rave in Mumbai media is a ....Mahindra's product? For am confused as.. I thought it to be a foreign car. Well where all this car company is going to make promo of the Rexton's launch in India?

    This is foreign made car SsangYong Rexton which was introduced in Korea in 2001 before making its plan to hit Indian shore by 17th October. Rextonís car maker SsangYong Motor Company had collaborated with famous Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd to introduce this car to the Indian segment.

    It is a privilege for Mahindra to manufacture high-end SUV of Korean based Car Company and deliver it to the Indian car freaks. Currently Rextonís production will be made in M&M Ltd. plants at Chakan in India. This Chakan M&M plant is located near to Pune.

    The Mahindra Rexton would be loaded with most of the common features that might include airbags, ABS, EBD, parking sensors, traction control, collision avoidance system, tire pressure monitoring system, ESP etc. that would ensure safety to the utmost level and keep up to the safety standards with world class recognition.
