Im a beauty conscious. I pay more attention to my hair, which is so long and lustrous. I am losing plenty since two months and feel that my skin too lost its radiance. Many of my friends asked me to drink a lot of fruit juices to get back that sheen hairs and striking skin.

1. Apple & Blueberries Juice
5 Granny Smith Apples - 910g
1-2 Handfuls blueberries - 50g
Directions: Put blueberries in the juicer, followed by apples. Serve chilled for a more refreshing experience.

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp fish oil
1⁄2 cup plain, low-fat, organic yogurt
1⁄2 cup frozen mango chunks
1⁄2 cup orange juice
1⁄2 cup ice cubes
1 fresh mint leaf (optional)
Directions: Blend all these ingredients in a juicer and serve chill
