    Food For Memory Improvement And Concentration

    These days my memory and IQ s become feeble, I can’t remember what I spoke last day and I am finding difficulty in concentrating. My mind is just become blunt How can I defeat this issue, what implementation is required??
    Kindly help me….

    Rajiv, Known to my knowledge all my physical activities are fine & I do all workouts for gaining concentration & memory power, the exercises are as such:-
    Visualization
    Relaxing
    Meditation
    Basic Yogasanas
    I do sleep well, but still am lacking memory and missing concentration. I hope there is some mistake in my balanced food diet……

    i send u one msg asking other details ... as i told there can be so many reasons .. n to find the exact cause u should visit doctor ... visit some good physcian first ... if u frm bangalore i think i can help u ... let me know ....

    but food alone wont help much until we dnt know the cause ... n if food is reason it shd have started very soon .. and i tell u for sure food is not the reason its jus ur psychology tat s making u to think tat way .... everyone here i have seen thay are moving away frm doctors n trying some natural n ayurvedic n homeopathic thing as people think tats its some magic n no side effects ....

    we if u agree with me n wanna any help frm me then let me know n tell me details wat i haave asked u ....

    the one and only vegetable........... "pumpkin" or " Gummadikaya"... good for memory power as well as intestine problems.

    Hi friends,

    I would like to list the best foods helps to keep your brain whole and healthy thereby improving the memory power and concentration. They are:

    High Tyrosine Proteins - Dairy products, eggs, seafood and soy
    Vitamins & Minerals - Vit. B6, Vit. B12, Vit. C, iron and calcium

    Omega-3 Rich foods - salmon, albacore tuna, flaxseed oil, canola oil, walnuts, wheatgerm and eggs
    Anti-oxidants - blueberries (other berries too), broccoli, carrots, garlic, red grapes, spinach, soy, tea, tomatoes and whole grains

    LOL ..u left no answer for others to reply .. anyways i would say hav almonds ...soak them in water and eat them after a while .. and for concentration try out meditation!!
