    In the recent days I begin to consume Skimmed milk for healthy body, but few of my friends told that instead consuming skimmed milk its good to intake Soya Milk coz it has rich nutritious values for nourishing strong & energetic body.     Though soya has quite good benefits as mentioned above, it is still bad for human body. Coz over consumption of Soya and soya supplements leads to Hyperthyroidism and kidney stones.

    So Consuming anything in limit is always safe!
