Sleep more than 8 hours is bad
Sleep is really an essential tool for a healthier lifestyle. Normally 8 hours of sleep is sufficient for a human being. What happens if the sleep goes beyond the expected limit? Is sleeping more than 8 hours bad? If so! Can anyone please tell me the effects and problems of sleeping more than 8 hours a day?

Sleep is very important in each and every human being’s life. Because it acts as a tool for body weight. Researches have proved that more than 8 hours of sleep each night will cause many health problems. Less than 8 hours of sleep is also not good there should be balance. For a night 8 hours sleep is sufficient, the people who will sleep for 9-10 hours may also face some problems like falling asleep all through the day, heart problems like chest pain, coronary artery disease etc... May also occur. A little amount of sleep is also comparatively not good. It is said that people who sleep for 6-7 hours will also be headed with many health issues like weight gain, heart attack, risk of stroke etc. So it is better to have 8 hours of sleep every night. Do not cross the limit nor do not have little sleep a day. Hope it helped!!
