• Jaggary /Sugar
Take required amount of sprouted Ragi powder & pour little amount of water to get powder lumps free.
Heat a pan, pour the above mixture to the pan & add essential amount of jaggery /sugar, when this mixture starts to boil pour necessary quantity of milk and cook it for some more 3minutes.
Ragi Flour - 2 Cups
Rice Flour - 1/2 Cup
Sour Curds - 1/2 Cup
Chopped Onions -1/2 Cup
Chopped Coriander -1 Cup
Green Chilies -3
Salt To Taste
Oil -1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves - 10
Asafoetida - 1/2 Tsp
Except for tempering items mix all other ingredients adding water.
Fry the above tempering ingredients & pour it ragi flour mixture.
Stir the mixture well.
Heat Dosa pan and grease it lightly with oil.
After greasing pour a scoopful of batter to the pan and spread it in a spherical shape.
Pour tspoon of oil around the dosa and cook until you get a crispy texture.
