    Easy to do yoga at home

    Hiii Everyone!
    I feel that I have put some weight. I want to reduce it. Can anybody suggest me some Yoga so that I can do it at home for proper physique.

    Itís good that you consult a yoga trainer for more benefits. He or she will guide you in a very appropriate way. Getting trained from experienced teacher is good for the health.
    The sequence of yoga that you can do at home are Yoga stretches, standing poses, supine poses, prone poses, sitting positions, pranayama and meditation.

    Hi,

    Doing yoga is very good but you should do it in a proper guidance, atleast conduct a class and learn the basic of it to avoid injuries..
