Want To Get Slim Fast - Please Help
M friend, who was in love with a guy since 4 years, is going to meet him after six months, as he went to Australia to undergo the job training. She is sure that, he will fix their wedding with the parentsí approval, during his visit to India this time. My friend is very much worried that, she had put on weight and wanted to reduce it before his arrival.
I would like to know, what are the things to be followed to get thin fast??? Please share your replies soon!!!

• Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Avoid unsweetened coffee or tea.
• Reduce all the "White Stuffs" from your diet - sugar, white flour, refined salt, and dairy.
• Never skip breakfast. At the same time, do not have a heavy meal at a time, instead you can split and take for 5-6 times.
• Eat a plentiful breakfast that consists of protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber and fat, as breakfast kick-starts your metabolism and turns your body into a fat burning machine!
• Grab a piece of fruit as the end of your breakfast, as this will reduce the cravings.
• Eat slowly and stop eating before you feel full
• Make sure that you sleep at least 8 hours a day.
• Eliminate all foods and drinks containing artificial sweeteners, because they results in weight gain.
• Moderate activity for at least 30 minutes is essential. This can be walking, exercise, yoga, or aerobics.
