    Hello All…..
    What are all the exercises that a woman can do after delivery to lose her pregnancy weight. Kindly reply asap.

    Hi friend,
    Don’t let the weight issue to bog you down. I have few tips to lose weight after pregnancy. Practice these valuable instructions to get you normal physique soon.

    1. Don’t stop breast feeding. Breast feeding is not only good for baby but also for a mother as it burns around 500 calories per day.
    2. You should eat only when you are hungry. Avoid outside foods. Since you are breast feeding, your baby gets nutrients from you. So plan your eating habit accordingly.
    3. You can go out for a walk with baby.
    4. Drink at least 1 litre of water every day.
