I'm 18 5.4" tall and my weight is 166lbs I want to lose weight, I heard and read that aerobics is a good workout for weight loss and maintain good health. I would like to know how far aerobics is effective in reducing weight and maintaining good health is it true, can you guys explain about aerobics please..?
It total depends on duration and yes it is effective in weight reduction at a gradual but slow rate.
Not only helps you ion weight reduction it tones up the muscles, it is really good and also help in maintain good health. And also make sure you drink lot of water and give your ears to the coach.
