    Fat Burning Foods For Women Over 40

    My aunt is 40+ and currently we came to know that she has quite high % of fat content than normal level in her body. Though she is taking treatment in well reputed hospital, still we wanted to know something much about “foods that need to be forbidden” and “foods that need to be added in diet” for burning fats….

    Please somebody come forward and leave your valuable suggestions here!

    To burn fats rapidly @ 40, firstly women should give nil to all foods that are rich in Carbohydrates & cholesterol.

    These are set of best foods to burn cholesterol:-
    • Olive Oil
    • Oats
    • Fibrous Fruits & vegetables
    • Salmon
    • Green Tea
    • Lemon
    • Broccoli
    • Carrot
    • Cabbage
    • Skimmed milk
    • Berries
