    hey Dear, by consuming the following eatable things you can find the difference in your hair as well on your skin.
    Sweet potatoes, carrots, dark, leafy vegetables, oatmeal, rice, eggs, and bananas citrus fruits, leafy greens, bell peppers, and cauliflower , olives, and spinach.. These fruits and vegetables contains all kind of vitamins !!
