    Fat Burning Foods For Vegetarians

    I Am Pure Vegetarian!
    Though I do various exercises am not able to burn fat, I think I am following wrong food diet that is why am not able to burn it, so currently looking for vegetarian foods to burn my excess fat in the body, can somebody suggest me as quickly as possible?

    Wheat Grass
    Green Tea
    Berries
    Onions
    Broccoli
    Spinach
    Sprouts

    No Milk products!

    Thanks for share the information. You can also try green tea. It's good for heart, also burn fat.
