    Remove time to walk

    We hardly walk, majority of the time we tend to use comfortable and fastest means to commute even small distances.And that is why it becomes essential to walk at least some distance through out the day.

    True.. Walking for a while makes you feel better.

    Walking is one of the best physical exercises...... because, the excess amount of calories present in our body will get burnt if we practice walking on a regular basis. Today most of them depend on vehicles like cars, bikes etc.... i wont say that is not good, but we should not always depend on vehicles. Walking is the best way to reduce all sorts of diseases as well as prevent.
