Re: Fat loss Workout Tips

When going to the local park, nature trails or trips to the seaside, try to incorporate longer walks into the outing and take a picnic so you are in control of what you are going to eat that day.

Always use the stairs instead of the lift. Bear in mind that every single step helps.

Get off the bus a stop before the usual one and walk the rest of the way.

Use commercial breaks between TV-programmes to stand up and do exercise, or consider using an exercise bicycle in your living room while watching your favourite programme.

Re: Fat loss Workout Tips

Ideally fat loss starts after atleast 30 minutes of warm up.. Till then you might be burning calories but fat burning starts when your rate is up and steady...

Doing surya namaskar (min 30 over the day) is great for fat burning.. Aerobics is also good ..

Warm water also helps to burn fat..

Cheers

Re: Fat loss Workout Tips

No exercise was created equal. You might like running, so run. You might like jogging, so jog. You might like stationary bikes, so bike stationarily.

Find the one that works best for you - that isn’t too much of a chore for you to do regularly throughout the week.

Don’t pick a routine that you don’t like - or you won’t want to do it, and you certainly won’t stick with it for long. I also wouldn’t recommend buying into that whole “no pain, no gain” mantra. I’ve lost weight without hurting myself, and you probably can, too.

Walking. Walk for atleast half an hour a day, it really helps. Just get a good pair of earphones so that it doesn't become a chore smile

Plus, you can do some very simple exercises - like exhaling and bringing in your belly as far in as you can. If you get what I mean.

Of course, you can always join a good gym like Waves or Gold's which will help you lose weight. Once you pay so much money upfront you'll feel the compulsion to go to the gym and work out or atleast cut down on your eating on days when you don't go wink

Hope this helps!
