Speaking Problem

My 3 year old son is with speaking limited words and he can't made the sentences. I am worried about him. What should I do.

Discuss it with your pediatrician.. If he feels its required consult a speech therapist.. Boys start speaking late and sentences are difficult for them.. Make sure you communicate a lot with your son so he's forced to speak more continuously...and introduce different words so his vocabulary expands...
