Can premature birth be genetic?

My hubby was born 1 month premature. I'm 5 weeks preggy. I am worried that there is a chance I could also go into labor prematurely. Does anybody has an idea????

See there are a number of reasons for a pre term baby..

Just because your husband was premature I don't think it will happen..

However your doctor must have already taken all your history into consideration and will monitor you accordingly..

Anxiety is also a reason.. So don't be tensed about it..

Check your vitals like B.P, Sugar levels and things will be fine..
