1 inch punch....

Hi frnds can anyone give me any idea how to practice 1 inch punch developed by Bruce lee.
i hav little idea abt it>
u hav to punch frm a distance of 1inch frm his body without flexing ur elbow jt ... It s useful wen ur fist nd elbow jt s in partly extended position nd u dont hav d time 2 move ur fist backwards to punch somebdy...
Its momentum s so great dat while punching frm nearly pt blank range(1 inch) u can throw d person to 3 feet or break his ribs..

but unfortunately i dont knw how to practice it . Please anyone give me some idea...

Little Jack , her brother is much stronger , your punch is not enough for him . Just try something else. LIke Terminator 2 fashion.
