Good day to all

I’m working in UAE from 10 years and there is a matter and I’m trying to solve my mistake from long time which holds my future path.   

Actually the matter is regarding my passport, the date of birth in passport is not matching with my 10TH school certificate and I wish to study more to fulfill and achieve my future destination and whenever I try to study or finding the way how I can upgrade my education then the question of date of birth of passport is blocking all the thoughts. 
Even currently I’m working as a Senior Administrator but as I said that I wish to upgrade my education for my future. 
So kindly if someone can advise me how I can solve the above problem, I will be very grateful because I’m desperate and even I don’t know anything that what I can do for my future.
