Dry Skin on Face

I have a problem. Where I live there is so much chlorine in the water, that everytime I was my face my forehead, nose and cheeks become flaky. If I put lotion on it just makes my face oily. I don't know what to do. I have tried switching face washes, exfoliating and nothing seems to work. Please help me!

It could also be due to the winter Zain..

Mix equal parts of Rose water and glycerine and apply it on your face and
body..

every night just apply (malai) of cow milk in ur face n neck it will help..u can try honey in same way...
