Hey people i keep reading this that all the models and actresses lost a lot of weight by doing yoga regularly. Is it really true? can i lose weight just by yoga or i need to do more than that?
one of my friend suggested me that i should even diet along with yoga, only then will i lose. She suggested me to pick up a diet plan by Mickey Mehta from his website. Can anyone give me your opinion abt all this? Has anyone followed Mickey Mehta's diet plan? Please help me out with honest and genuine views opinions.

Roosh - i cant say about anyone else but what my friend has tried - i can tell u that. He has got many benefits after opting following things
1. Getting up early in the morning (around 5 -5:30am)
2. Doing Yoga or warm up exercises to begin with and then going for slightly heavy ones
3. NO DIETING - But yes eating healthy and balanced diet
4. Total NO NO for Sugar, Oil and Rice
5. Include as much raw fruits and vegetables as much as u can in ur diet
6. Take Oat, milk, egg, fruits in ur b/fast and evening milk
7. Break ur diet in 5 small meals a day - donot fill up ur stomach at once with anything...... give some gap
8. Drink 8-10 glasses water everyday
This much will help a lot

Run / Brisk Walk everyday for around 45 minutes. You should have a target of covering 1 km in 7-8 minutes. I did this recently and in a span of 3 months ...lost around 11 kilos..yipeeeeee
