    Dear Shruti

You don't have to worry about your dark complexion. It is not in your hands to make it a fair one. We all are creatures of god on the earth. But it is necessary to take care of yourself. You must visit a skin specialist. Dont feel shy, live your life with confidence. Don't bother about your friends.

    Dear Shruti,
I know how hard it can be to be different and not fit in. Being made fun of can have two possible effects on a person, it can either make them stronger as they grow immune to it, or it can push them towards self pity and into deep deppresion. my advice to you, dont worry. dont concern yourself with what other people are saying or doing. YOU ARE A PERSON, dont neglect yourself and be consumed by others. look into the things that interest you, have fun with your life, learn about stuff, just be active and completely un-inhibited. you are free as long as your mind is free from the words of others.
:-D start each day with a smile and gratitude

    Hello shruti,

Firstly you make a good friend and max time pass with him and avoid dipresing things,

and make the close friend of your mom if its possible and discuss all these things with her.
After that you will feel freely.

    Hi Shruti,

You are in best age of your life. Dont worry about these small things and especially color doesnt matter....... trust me. What all matters is ur approach and outlook towards things. It could be a possiblility that u urself keep a distance with ur pals and mates because of this complex. They may not be differentiating u but the fear of rejection may be there inside u becuz of which u may be behaving reluctant.

Try to give things another chance. Open up and be outgoing. participate in every possible thing u can. always keep smiling, dont let the fear of rejection enter ur mind......... and behave as if u are no less then any one. Things will improve.

last but not least, if still u see things r like same, then need not to worry. u r no less than any one. if others are getting biased becoz of color, caste, creed etc. they r no good to be called frnds.

Enjoy ur time and be confident. All the best (Y)

    Hi Shruti,

Let me tell you my story.

Even I am a dark colored person and had very embarrasing situations. Many times i was made fun of by my friends and felt like why was I born. yes its true, we cannot bear that. I couldnt make friends, no one was willing to approach me.

One day while i was going near my house saw a dog and offered some snacks, he was fond of me and followed me everyday to the busstop, it followed me even when i did not offer anything, it started playing with me, i felt it is greeting me every time. I understood that my color of skin was nothing to it, it was seeing only my heart. It likes me as a person. Same thing happened with my 3year nephew. He never leaves me, he loves me a lot, even leaves his parents and comes with me. He likes me through heart not through color. Then I have realized that I am normal in person, and i felt pity about people who reject me by my color, it is just i was living with such people. Later days i had made some very good real friends.

I also think you will mostly have problems with people of your age group (15-20), that is the age where people get attracted to outside glamour. Try to make contacts with a higher age group (>22) and lower age groups (<13). Higher age people are more mature and lower age people are not yet attracted by glamour. With higher age people you get the knowledge and with lower age people you can enjoy. If you can sync with it then you will become a very successful.

This is my real story of how i adopted and now I am a very successful person. I even get some comments from some people that I have some glow in my face that attracts in spite of being dark. That glow I have achieved by understanding who I am and what can i do. That comment heartens me. Wait for that comment in your life.

U should use stillmans cream which kills melanocytes in dermis and makes fairer your skin. Go for that. U can achieve desired fairness. It also bleaches skin. Once desired fairness is gained use it every 3 days to retain freshness and charm. Go for that your color will improve very much. Dont take tension. Colour doesnot matter.
