    How To Make Chocolate At Home In India

    Hey friends i wanted to try learning to prepare chocolates at home, i wish always there should be sweet in our home wt i prefer is chocolates, and more over friends i love chocolates please do help me with the recipe for chocolates..

    Ingredients Needed
    Milk powder - 1 cup
    Cocoa powder - 3 tsp
    Icing sugar - 1/2 cup
    Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
    Butter - 1 -2 tsp
    Cashew Almond powder - 1 tsp
    Milk - 1/4 cup
    Preparation method
    Mix all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and leave it for about 4mints,check after 2mints and stir and continue cooking,grease a plate with butter,once done,trasfer to the plate and allow to cool,do make marks on the top so that it is easy to break into pieces...

    Ingredients
    • Vegetable shortening-125 g
    • Confectioner’s Sugar-125g
    • Cocoa Powder-6tbs
    • Powdered Milk-4tbsp
    • Salt
    Method
    • Take a square pan with grease proof paper
    • Take a small pan and melt the vegetable shortening with low heat
    • Pour the shortening, cocoa powder, powdered milk and salt in another pan and mix well
    • Pour this chocolate mixture into the cake pan and allow it to harden

    home made chocolates

    Ingredients:
    3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder ThreeTablespoons
    ½ cup milk Powder
    1 Cup sugar
    100 Gms Butter

    Preparation:

    • You just have to sieve them together the milk powder and cocoa powder twice.
    • A greased plate must be ready. In a pan add sugar with half cup of water and heat them to a low flame, prepare thick syrup out of it.
    • Now you must add powder mixture and the butter to it, and mix all the above mentioned ingredients and take them off from the heat, take the greased plate and pour the chocolate puree on it, and cool them and cut it into pieces.

    Preparing chocolate is an art which could be perfected with practice in time. You can follow the technique to prepare chocolate at home like:

    Ingredients:

    • 150 ml Fresh Milk (boil it)
    • 20 gm Cocoa Powder
    • 120 gm Icing Sugar
    • 30 gm Condensed Milk
    • 10 gm Butter (melted)
    • 2 tsp Cashew Almond powder
    • 100 gm Milk Powder

    Preparation:

    • Shift the powder items to a bowl and mix it well.
    • Mix the rest of the ingredients finely.
    • Cook it at medium heat till it becomes dense.
    • Smear butter to a tray and place the mixture.
    • Make marks on top of it to remove it easily.

    dark chocolate

    Have a piece of dark chocolate a day as it may help reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack

    It sounds very simple. I love chocolates and the recipe that you shared seems very simple with very simple and less ingredients. Will definitely try this recipe.

    I would like to add some more easy homemade chocolate recipes, Take a look!

    Homemade Chocolate

    Ingredients:-
    Cocoa powder -2 cups
    Butter – 3/4 cup
    Sugar - ½ cup
    Milk - 2/3 cup
    Plain flour - Ό tsp
    Water – 1cup
    Powdered sugar - Ό cup

    Method:-

    • Set cocoa and butter in processor and stir until they form a paste.
    • Fill the pan about Ό full with water.
    • Place a bowl on top of the water & put the chocolate paste into it and liv it for 10mnts
    • Put the mixture into a processor and mix till it gets smooth texture.
    • Warm the milk to room temperature.
    • Put sugar, flour and milk to the paste and stir well.
    • Pour the blend into molds &refrigerate till they become hard.

    Microwave Homemade Chocolates

    Ingredients :-

    Milk powder - 1 cup
    Milk - 1/4 cup
    Icing sugar - 1/2 cup
    Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
    Cocoa powder - 3 tsp
    Butter - 2 tsp
    Cashew & Almond powder - 1 tsp

    Method :-

    • Mix all the ingredients in a microwave bowl
    • Set temperature for 7 minutes.
    • Grease a plate with butter and pour the mixture on it
    • Let it cool for 30mnts
    • Note: - Make marks on the crest to break easily into pieces.
