Bullying is the act of hurting one person or a group of people repeatedly as a way for the bully to feel superior. Usually the bully is bigger or stronger than his/her victim.
Nobody has the right to hurt other people by hitting them, kicking them, calling them names, spreading rum ours about them or by doing anything else which is intended to be upsetting.
    how to stop bullying
Make a school "Problem Box" where kids can write down bullying problems that have been happening, ideas they have for combating bullying, etc.
Have class meetings to discuss bullying incidents in the classroom or around the school.
Make a pledge wall where everyone signs their name, promising not to bully others and to stand up when they witness bullying.
If you find it difficult to talk to an adult, ask one of your friends to come with you, or ask someone to talk to an adult on your behalf.
