    Green tea decreases the risk of strokes, it as anti oxidant Vitamin E, which slows the aging process.

    hai , green i too tried it 's before i felt very lazy and slow and after drinking green tea it's available ,aloevera flavour,tulsi,mint tea and so on

    it is very energetic and giving lots of strength!

    it's bitter but giving better results!

    In my personal opinion green tea is really effiective for our body. Green tea makes your body fit. If anyone wants to lose weight green tea such a good option for them.

    Yes, You are right tonydisalva! Green tea has several benefits as listed above…..

    I would like to specifically give small piece of advice to people who are addicted to coffee and regular tea can start making practice of consuming Green tea on regular basis, coz this tea is thousand times superior than what you drink @present and this is also authentically proved that it has 0% side effects!

    Indeed the awareness and the usage of green tea is increasing considerably.I had visited a summit on nutrition called the Nutra India Summit 2012. There were many products in the expo which was a part of the summit and almost every brand participating in the expo had their own green tea product to be offered.

    People are now becoming conscious about the health and wellness. That is why i found people buying green tea from there.

    The whole post was dedicated to green tea and shared a lot of valuable information to me, thank you so much

    Yes, i agree with all and i would like to share an experience after having green tea.

    It was my sister her weight was 80+ and she was just 28 year old and she would come home very tired after her walk and she was not able to walk for to long and she was going through a lot and as many of friends she started to have green everyday and she started to lose her weight and in 6 months time she lost 15 kg and not only that now i am starting to have it in my daily diet. my weight is 75 and i would like to lose at least 10 in 5 months green tea works as a magic.

    There are so many brands and different type of green tea that are available in the market today, which one is the best brand should i buy that will help me to loose my weight. Can someone help me please? i am trying everything that i can to get into my old jeans and get perfect shape.
