    need review as urgent as possible

    I wana marry in 2013, but i dnt know the procedure and where to apply for court marriage....
    I stay in THANE. actually, parents are having issue regarding our marriage. so, i wana kno current court marriage procedure and details where to apply, how many witness are required....
    If any1 can help, plz help me....

    For court marriage, firstly boy’s age must be above 21years and girls age must be 18years and above. The documents required are as follows:-

    >>It is mandatory to bring 2 separate Witnesses from both the parties side.

    >> Residential Proof ;it can be either Voter Card or Passport or Ration Car or Driving License or Lease Agreement or Bank Passbook or Rent Deed of Marrying people.

    >> Date of Birth Proof; it can be 10th or 12th Examination Certificate, Municipal Corporation Certificate, Passport, and PAN of Marrying people.

    >> Four passport size Photographs of Marrying people.

    >> If party is divorced; then it is mandatory to provide certified copy of Divorce verdict i.e. granted by the Court.

    >> If party is widow or widower; then death certificate of the dead spouse is mandatory.

    >> If a party is a Foreign Citizen, then it is mandatory to provide certificate of present Marital Status of the party or No Impediment Certificate or NOC from concerned Embassy and Valid VISA.

    If you dont have any elder person from both side then you have to hire a lawyer and who can help you in all the criticals which you have to face there, All the Best
