Desired candidates for the Projects (Education Officer and Research Fellow) must be Masterís Degree in Management, Education Management, Project Management Statistics or its equivalent qualification from a reputed University. There should be at least one year experience in development of Projects, Monitoring and Evaluation apart from having excellence in communication skills.

For EDUSAT ( Education Officer and Research Fellow) position one must be BE or B Tech Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Computer Science from AICTE recognized Institute or University with at least one year experience in the related discipline apart from having proficiency in Content Development with Multimedia Software usage.

Regarding Agriculture Science or Engineering field of jobs (Education Officer and Research Fellow) one must be Masterís Degree qualified in Agriculture Science with 2nd class division or B.Tech Degree in Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a Govt. recognized Institute or University with at least one year experience in the related field.

For Training sector one must be Masterís Degree in any discipline with minimum one year experience in preparation of notes, training material, conducting classes, creative writing, good command over MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), internet surfing and record keeping apart from being fluent in English and Hindi (both verbal & written) communication skills.

One applying for the post of Section Officer post must have a background like Retired Section Officer or Assistant from Central, State Govt. or Autonomous Organization with Bachelorís Degree from a reputed University. There should be at least five years experience in Administrative or Establishment Matters of any Govt. department or autonomous organization. One has to be within 65 years and should have the capability to handle computer applications and internet.

Applicants for Computer Assistant post must be Bachelorís Degree with at least 50% score from a reputed University. Fluency in English and Hindi language is much desired apart from having 30 WPM typing speed in English or 25 WPM in Hindi from the candidate.

For Tele Caller post one must be Bachelorís Degree with at least 50% score from a reputed University apart from having fluency in English and Hindi. The candidate should have at least 30 WPM typing speed apart from proficient knowledge in Computer Applications.
