    I am planning to lose my weight with food I need suggestion can someone help me please..?

    To tell you something frank there's no fat burning food, but there are some real protein packed foods that can help you lose those extra fats. Try to have these in your daily food diet Sweet potatoes, Avocado, Blueberries and Chicken and fish oil..! Have these foods in your daily diet it will help you..!

    You can plan proper diet and include more cellular foods. Green tea helps in burning the body fat.

    easy available foods among those such as:-

    Cabbage
    Chilli
    Garlic
    Spinach
    Pepper
    Moong Dal
    Butter Milk
    Honey
    Lemon
    Turmeric
    Cardamom
    Sprouts
    Green Tea
    Lentils
    Grape Fruit
    Almonds
