Gestational diabetes mainly occurs during pregnancy. When the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin, then there is chance of getting gestational diabetes. Hence Pregnant women’s are advised to go for glucose checkup after 28 weeks.
The symptoms of such diabetes are mostly not visible so you should check your blood sugar level.
It is not a lifelong issue. It will be there till the baby is born.
Your doctor will advise on controlling and preventive measures.

Shivangi, no need to worry about gestational diabetes. It is cent percent curable.
