    Pumpkin good for health

    Hey everyone,

    I am planning to start losing those extra inches by dieting..! I read that Pumpkin seeds are good for health during diet is it true? Can I have them everyday..?

    Although the pumpkin seeds are rich in calories they are packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals and numerous antioxidants, therefore you can have, just pay attention to the quantity.

    Not only Pumpkin seeds, white pumpkins are more effective in burning fat & Calories . So that you can lose your weight faster.

    Hi,
    As Chez Moi and vvkumar said, pumpkin is very good for health.
    You can have white and red pumpkin both.
    Both have high nutrition value..
    Weekly once you can take pumpkin with your meals.
