    Exercise For Arms


    Which exercise will be good for arms? Please guide me

    Hello All,

    Due to some or the other reason we get arms pain, and it is very much required for an exercise. Here I got few steps which help you relaxing in stress or pain. Hope it works for you

    Do 8 curls with your right arm, keeping both elbows close to your ribs.
    Switch sides, doing 8 curls with your left arm.
    To begin, bend your left arm 90 degrees so your left arm is parallel to the floor.
    Once you've done with both sides, curl both arms contineously toward your chest and then bring back toward start position. Do 8 reps of this double curl.
