    Gym or Aerobics For Weight loss

    Hello Guys,

    I just need one small clarification.. On yur point of views which is good for weight loss gym or aerobics?? Reply must!!

    Hii, It is very simple that instead of paying extra money on gym... You can go for aerobics and do some diet maintain also for fast result,

    Eat green vegetables more
    Cut off fried stuffs
    Eat pulses and sprouts.
    Try to eat vegetable the most as Gheiya, Loki, Kaddu, Tinda and Torey etc.

    It is simple for guys Gym and for a female Aerobics!!

    Gym for guys helps in various ways like they can reduce/increase weight at the same time where they can also build biceps and muscles by using relevant equipments ….

    Whereas a woman doesn’t require biceps, she just needs a well physique and happy life, for this I hope aerobics a fun exercise is more than enough.
