    Fat burning foods for women over 30

    Hi all,

    One of my aunts aged 32 is putting on more weight nowadays; itís just because of food habits she follows. She will never follow any diet and always consume all fatty foods; due to this she is overweight. Finally she took an attempt to reduce weight by consuming fat free foods. Is there any food which burns fat in women? If so! Please do suggest some fat burning foods for women over 30; so that it can be helpful for her to reduce weight.

    Hi Pranisha,

    Women who want to burn fat should cultivate a healthy food habit; they should eat food that boost the metabolism. If they follow a healthy food diet, then it will be very easy for them to be fit and healthy all the time. Due to the consumption of fatty foods there are chances of putting on more weight. So it is necessary to consume fat free foods.

    Here i would like to list out few fat burning foods, please have a look at it;

    It is advisable to drink plenty of water every day; it is very good for health
    Omega-3 fatty acids are a great way to boost the bodyís metabolism
    Nuts also contains some good fats and with that it has lot of protein and fiber
    In your daily diet take some leafy green vegetables like broccoli cauliflower etc... because it contains lot of protein vitamins etc....
    Salmon and fish is also one of the fat free foods, it contains high protein calcium etc....
    Ask her to eat fruits and vegetables everyday to have a healthy life style
