    Calcium Rich Food For Women In India

    These days knee pain started coming for people @ 20years itself; especially for women’s. The major reason of it is less calcium content in body....

    I would request people on this public site to contribute essential foods that help women to gain rich calcium compound to overcome diseases.

    I appreciate your concern towards women!

    Yes, women’s mostly lack calcium because of unhealthy diet following!! To reduce weight they mostly skip rich calcium foods and because of it they go under various diseases like arthritis & pain related to bones, and muscles.

    To defeat this pain we need to consume calcium rich foods like:-
    • Cheese
    • Milk
    • Yogurt
    • Soybeans
    • Spinach
    • Navy beans
    • Figs
    • Oranges
    • Almonds
    • Garlic
    • Oregano
    • Sesame Seeds
    • Tofu
    • Mustard
    • Brazil Nuts
    • Fish
    • Broccoli

    Hey farheen,

    Calcium is very much essential for every human being no matter men or women all need calcium. Women need more amount of calcium. Because after 30 the bone density will definitely comedown, there are chances for women losing strength in their bones. So calcium is very much important for women. I suggest woman’s Horlicks. They are highly rich in calcium. Along with that you can also take the foods suggested by seema, they are really good.
