    Calcium Rich Food For Kids

    For a kid other than milk and milk products which food has wealthy calcium storage in it?? I need some expert’s advice here…….

    A 230ml glass of milk will provide 300mg of calcium for a child, where no other food will offer this…. So if you have any annoyance towards milk, kindly keep those thought away and afford milk for kids.

    The other best calcium rich foods are:-
    • Fish
    • Potato
    • Sweet Potato
    • Broccoli
    • Egg Yolks
    • Orange Juice
    • Soymilk
    • Almonds
    • Beans
    • Green Peas
