    Steps To Loose Tummy Fat In Just 7 Days

    Is it possible to lose tummy in a week?? If yes, kindly do share the remedies for it immediately…. It is vital, because unfortunately my sister’s engagement got placed next week and currently she has put on weight greatly.

    I hope these set of measures will work out well for losing tummy in 7days!
    • Must take 10,000 steps a day.
    • Must consume foods rich in Vitamin C and Fiber.
    • Must drink plenty of water.
    • No refined & Junk Foods.
    • Must perform bent exercise; Specifically Aerobics.

    Diet Chart:-
    • Morning – 1glass of Buttermilk & Sandwich
    • Brunch – Sprout Salad
    • Lunch - Green Vegetable Salad with 2 Phulkas
    • Evening Snack – Sprout Salad
    • Dinner – 1cup rice with green or poultry curry.

    Always have vegetables on hand. Saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion-sized containers for the fridge.
